Russia is attempting to attract Muslims to its side and seeks to involve them in its Eastern alliance as part of its strategy to confront the Western alliance, or in other words, to recruit them.

This is an absolute great development in Russia’s policy. I have some Russian’s students in our university here, most of them are from Siberia. They told us how repressive the Russian’s government before to Russian’s moslems. They even aren’t allowed to recite Qur’an. So now the policy is changing. Salute to Vladimir Putin who tries his best to appreciate human rights. Salute to Russia
