I think gender-affirming care should be able to start around age 16 considering that is the age of consent in most states, If individuals as young as 16 can make decisions as to if they want to be sexually active with someone... don't you think they are also mature enough to make decisions about there body. Anyone that thinks they should be able to deny, prevent, or "ban" someone else from making medical decisions about their own bodies are just power-hungry individuals and shouldn't have a say in it unless they have a valid reason other then it being "unnatural"… Read more

To deny someone the right to their life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness simply because you do not understand or disagree with them on the extremely subjective concept of "gender" is anti-American and goes against the spirit of the country. Trans-rights are human rights, it is that simple.
